Potion of Borrowed Power

Potion of Borrowed Power is a foul-tasting concoction, this magical elixir gives mages a boost to the power of their spells, but at a price. Drinking it gives a +1 bonus to your Spellpower of any spell cast for 10 minutes. However, after the potion wears off, the mage has a penalty of -2 to Spellpower for 10 minutes.
