You trap and collect souls of recently fallen foes to summon and use to your will.

Class: Mage

Requirement: Willpower 3 or higher

Novice: You gain the ability to craft soulstones. You may transmute any rock into a soulstone by crafting it for 2 hours and spending 5MP. Once a creature dies, you may try to trap its soul into the soulstone within 3 rounds after its death by touching the corpse and by a successful TN of the respective tier. Once the soul is trapped, you may summon it to help you by making a minor activation action. This makes a simulacrum of the creature's soul, having the exact same abilities that the creature had when it died, that lasts for a number of rounds equal to your Willpower. The creature is in your control and obeys your commands. The soulstone is destroyed when you attempt to summon a trapped soul or when you fail to capture a soul. You can own a maximum number of soulstones equal to your Willpower. You may only catch souls of Minor and Moderate threat level creatures.

Journeyman: You get a +1 bonus on your roll when you try to capture a soul and you can own a maximum number of soulstones equal to your Willpower + 1. You may now catch souls of Major and Dire threat level creatures.

Master: You get a +3 bonus on your roll when you try to capture a soul instead of +1. Moreover, you can own a maximum number of soulstones equal to your Willpower + 3. You may now catch souls of Legendary threat level creature.
