ROTC Building F

Art Building F

The Reserve Officers' Training Corps (ROTC) Building F is located at the northeastern corner of the intersection of Sam Houston Avenue and 21st Street.

Campus maps of the 1980s and early 1990s identifyed this building as the Grounds and Custodian Services building.  Those functions moved to the former Coors Beer distributor building in 1989.

Maps during the 1990s show the building as the Art Administration office [1] or the Fine Arts Office [2], one of the buildings making up the Art Complex, The one-story steel frame building was used for the art department administration offices and housed the Gaddis Geeslin Gallery (often abbreviated as "3G").

The Art Department maintained an outdoor sculpture garden outside its north lawn, and students developed and createed artwork for the outdoor, free-standing billboard located along its eastern exterior wall.

The Art Department moved into Hoyt Art Building in 2019.
