Bearkat Softball Complex
The Bearkat Softball Complex is on the eastern edge of campus at the intersection of Bowers Boulevard and Sycamore Avenue.
Structures associated with the stadium include:
Prior to the 2006 season the softball team played southwest of campus at Ladykat Field.
With a seating capacity of just over 400 spectators, this complex includes dressing areas, indoor hitting cages, and offices. The Bearkats christened the opening of the $5.5 Million stadium by winning their season opener over Louisiana Tech, 11-3.
Field dimensions of the ballpark are:
- Left field foul line: 190 feet
- Left center: 210 feet
- Center field: 220 feet
- Right center: 210 feet
- Right field foul line: 190 feet
