Animal Husbandry Building

Animal Husbandry Building

The Animal Husbandry Building is one of the buildings located at the Agriculture Center along northbound Interstate 45.

The building contains a soil laboratory, an animal science laboratory, and an indoor arena for animal handling.

In the past, students working at the center processing meat, mixing feed, or operating the college dairy could also live on-site in this building. The living quarters were last used c.1995-96 [1].

A 1971 dedication plaque for the Agriculture Center hangs inside the southern entrance.
