ROTC Building E

Art Building E

The Reserve Officers' Training Corps (ROTC) Building E is located at the northeastern corner of Sam Houston Avenue and 21st Street.

Art Building E is one of the buildings that made up the Art Complex, located at the northeastern corner of the intersection of Sam Houston Avenue and 21st Street.

The one-story metal frame building was the fourth and final building in the complex to have been built exclusively for the Department of Art.  It is used for art history classes and houses the Art History Auditorium.

The statue of the goddess Athena, a gift of the class of 1912 initially standing in Old Main and later in the Peabody Library, stood inside the northern entrance.
