Baldwin House
Baldwin House is a student residence west of main campus near the intersection of Avenue N and 17th Street.
The house was built for members of the Esquires, a men's social group that would become the Epsilon Zeta chapter of Delta Tau Delta fraternity.
During the 1980s the house appeared on campus maps only as "Residence Hall" and one of two "Athletic Dorms" - it and Mallon House presumably home to football players utilizing nearby Pritchett Field.
Maps of the 1990s first identify this again as the Delta House [3] but Baldwin House by 1994 [4].
The building houses 36 mixed-gender students. Residence Life classifies the two-story small house as a part of "Four West."
In 2013, after years living elsewhere, the Epsilon Zeta chapter built a new chapter house east of main campus.
