Why am I interested in this topic because I like music. I also want to know why musicians are experiencing depression and anxiety. Also music shows how it also helps increase happiness in mental health. Why I like music is because some music brings back memories and nostalgia. I listen to all genres of music because they all sound good. Sometimes music helps release emotions and dopamine.

A fire that is not controlled can destroy." pg (463) "The spiritual self is hardest to translate. It is part both of the individual being and of the larger self which all things are part.” (464)
