I am very interested in this topic because as I see in my own community, or in public there is no healthy habits of exercising. Most obese people would get tired of walking around or just riding on a scooter. I know none of us men and women would want a life where we can’t move around because of how heavy our bodies are. Exercising has a lot of benefits. If we don't have any muscle at all it would be hard to lift anything and stand. One of my friends tells me the same thing that he has a hard time moving around and how he gets tired. Both my grandparents are diabetic and they always tell me and my siblings not to eat too much artificial foods with high sugar or drinks because they always tell me it's very hard being a diabetic and how you gotta be careful of what you eat. Running for me helps me stay in fit and helps relieves stress. I would like other people in my community and around the campus to know how exercising is fun and good for the body. Especially when it comes to athletic sports you love.
