There have been many new establishments near the LaSalle area. Here are a few that might interest you.

Windswept Farms:

A closing community off of Highway FF that includes lakes, common ground, and TONS of houses. The four builders are Fischer and Fritchel, Consort Homes, McBride Homes, and Flower Fendler. 

Consort Homes:

Recently Consort Homes had made new Displays to either replace, or add on to their already existing selections. They made yet another Sierra, with the same elevation 13 like the already existing one, and a new Chesapeake. I don’t currently know what happened to the Sierra of Windsor that was there before, but I do know that those are now open, and if you live around the area, or are interested in taking a peek inside this magnificent group of displays, I would definitely recommend.

Fischer and Fritchel:

Fischer and Fritchel is a family owned and operated housing company since 1945, and has some of my favorite houses yet. With both the Ashland, and Fairfax floor plans open on display, you can get an amazing small house that requires very low maintenance. Because all you have to do is maintain the inside of the house because it is a villa! That comes with extraordinary benefits like yard keepers, grass cutters, snow removal, and etc. Both floor plans have a magnificent selection of options to customize your villa to be your own, and make you feel at home.

McBride Homes:

McBride Homes you might recognize easily since they are one of the most popular and well known home builders in Missouri. You might even live in a neighborhood that they built if you live in a subdivision. Also, if you haven't seen a billboard yet, they claim that they are “Missouri’s Largest Hombuilders”. Of which they are. So let’s see what they have done for this title.

Arbors of Rockwood:

The Arbors of Rockwood is one of many of their projects that they have taken part of in Eureka. In the Arbors of Rockwood, you may find a ton of recreational places/ areas to visit like a pond with a fountain, the Library, and more.

St Louis County Library (Eureka Hills Branch): You may find the Eureka Hills branch right as you enter the neighborhood at the entrance right across the street to Sherwin Williams Paints. This beautiful new library opened in 2021. With new sections for your selected age group. There is a Kids/Children's section, Teens, and Adults. There are also other areas for you to study in, or read in a quiet, nice place for you quiet environment readers. They are located in the Back, right corner of the library, they will be labeled as meeting rooms, or something close to that name. This is a great addition to the Arbors of Rockwood, that if you haven’t already, should definitely go and check it out sometime.

Eureka Elementary: Unless you have a sibling that goes here, this is one of the few Rockwood Elementary schools here in Eureka that was Built and opened recently in 2019. And if you live in this neighborhood and used to go there, then you get the option to walk, like many other kids do that go to that school. 

Fountain and park area: Yes, there is a park area with a fountain in this neighborhood like many other neighborhoods have. There is a place on the outskirts of the pond with the fountain for you to walk, or do whatever you want on, there’s gazebos nicely placed throughout the same walking way, and obviously in the middle, you have your amazing pond, with a high shooting water-fountain.

And that is pretty much it for this neighborhood other than the homes, and all of the other things/places that I have mentioned. There is also a little church/school near Eureka Elementary, but since I don’t have much information for that place as I do for the rest, I didn’t cover it. Anyways, that should be all that this neighborhood has to offer.

Polo Grounds:

This neighborhood is very new, and it barely has anything on it at this point in time. Built by McBride only, this neighborhood will feature some great amenities like a fountain, a barn-style clubhouse with an indoor playground. Grand opening was on October 21st, 2023. And this is Northeast of Windswept farms. Or just past the trees in the top-right corner of the master-planned community. I will post more info when I get it, so that’s all for this place for now.

The Reserve at the Legends:

This new little area in the legends is built by Whalen Custom Homes, and has a total of 13 lots. The amenities that we know of so far is that it will be really close to the Legends Golf-Course, and will be a great little neighborhood for anyone who wants to live there. 

New businesses:

Currently there have been some updates to the option in some of the nearby towns/cities like Eureka or Wildwood. Let’s take a look at what they are and what service they will offer for current residents.

Popeyes:

This new business is unlike one that we’ve seen here in Eureka. If you have been to Popeyes before, you will know that they sell fried-chicken. That’s the main product. But they do have things like Chicken-sandwiches, beverages, sides, nuggets, kids-meals, etc. This restaurant is located near Hilltop Eureka, and also two places down from the White Castle. This is a great addition for Eureka and I can’t wait to see it open! Off to the next one. 

Panda Express:

This new restaurant is located in Wildwood, and is in the same place where the old Hardees used to be. The specific location is 16301 Truman Rd, Ellisville, MO 63011. This new place looks like a cube shaped place, with a lot of writing all over the exterior. This is a great new addition to Wildwood and I can’t wait to see it open, and run successfully after the area was vacant for as long as it was. Now, onto our last and final place.

Vantage Bank:

This new place in Eureka is to the left of auto parts, and was vacant for a while after the Vantage bank was shut down! Isn’t that cool that after all of these years, the same company is moving back there to where they were? Anyways, they have already done so much, added signs, changed signs, added lights, fixed up the inside, they’ve done a lot!!! They even have a coming soon sign that they’ve had up for a while now. And that’s it for this establishment!
