Pallets and Flowbins

Overview

Bumatech needs the Weighbridge midule updated to be able to record the pallets and flowbins used during the delivery process

These 2 variables will be linked to the  Direction Out Transaction (Delivery Notes) 

Addtional Fileds Required

• Pallet Weight - Total Weight of Pallets (Already added to BE 26)

• Pallet Qty - Qty of Pallets (Already added to BE26)

• FlowBin Weight In - Total Weight of Flowbins when truck comes in

• FlowBin Qty In  - Qty of Flowbins when truck comes in

• FlowBin Weight Out - Total Weight of Flowbins when truck leaves

• Flowbin Qty Out  - Qty of Flowbins when truck leaves

Process

The above detail will be captured post Delivery so users will set the Weighbridge transaction to Pending status,  input the Pallet/Flowbin info and then click the Update the Transaction

When the Update button is fired it must then update the Del Note record item with the Pallets/Flowbin data.This means that the procedure that gives the weighbridge data on the Del Note must be updated to include the Pallets/Flowbin info
