Columns will show each month in the financial year.
Each row show where money is coming from or where money is going to.
The report consists of 3 sections.
Opening balance - Opening cash amounts. (this is a bank account in QE)
Money In
Money Out.
Cash that flows into a business from various sources during a specific period.
Debtors - Money paid by debtors in the date period.
Expected Debtors - Outstanding as of End of Month.
Roof Repairs (funding received)
Loan advances / Facilities. - Check transaction that debit Loan accounts in set month.
Cash that flows out of a business during the same period.
Monthly payments per agreement/inv - General Payments/SINL in date period.
Monthly CODs (estimates as based on usage) - Get from supplier Age Analysis where supplier terms = COD as of end of month.
Monthly debit orders - Recurring Payment transactions??
Monthly salaries & wages - Payments again salary and wages accounts in a set month.
Monthly creditors - Outstanding on Supplier age analysis excluding COD Suppliers.
Monthly approvals not yet invoiced. - SINL and SI that is not approved yet.
Forecast/Budgeted cashflows for capex. - ?
Vat - VAT Recon balance of Set Month.
