The Front End Loader is utilized by Bumatech to do the following
Offloading Raw Material (Entry Point) - When raw material is delivered by a supplier the Front End Loader will offload some of the raw materials in cases where the truck used by the supplier isn't a tipper. The Front End loader will move the raw materials to the desired inventory location ( Warehouse 1,Warehouse 2..etc)
Raw Material Transfer between the different warehouses - moving raw materials from one warehouse to another.
Creating Blend Sheets - mixing different raw materials together
Loading Raw Materials to Crushers
Loading Finished Product to Trucks .
At each of these operations the front end loader will be recording weights via the Loadrite system that is installed in the driver cockpit. See Image of loadrite hardware here Image and how it typically functions here Video
When Final Product is being weighed out the Front End loader will be used in the manner as shown in the following clip. Video

The requirement is for the Front End Loader to communicate with QuickEasy to record the weights of raw materials during some of the operations mentioned above.
Currently on the Loadrite system the operator selects the Product/Raw Material before doing the weighing
When it comes to operations linked to a job Loadrite must be updated to allow for a Work Order number input or selection which will then link back to QuickEasy so that all Raw Material movements (Issues and receives) can be linked to a specific Work Order number
Basically Loadrite system needs to cater for the below
QuickEasy Work order number input/selection
Product/Raw Material Selection (this list needs to come from QuickEasy so that the MATUNIID's between QuickEasy and Loadrite match. This will allow bidirectional flow of data between the 2 systems )
Jacob creates the Blend Sheet which basically states the materials required and relavant Quanties to produce product(s).
The Blend Sheet is first sent to Kabelo who then creates a Work Order in QuickEasy which she will update the Estimate BOM Qty's to match the Blend Sheet. She then sends the Work Order number to Jacob via Whatsapp
Sample of Blend Sheet Here.
Jacob then gives the Operator the QuickEasy Work Order number which he will punch into Loadrite when he is now doing the tasks set out in the Blend sheet
Currently the Operator is given the Work Order number via whatsapp but Jacob looki at adding the
This is how the Work Order link will carry through to the Loadrite API
The requirement is for the Load Cells to communicate with QuickEasy to record the weights of raw materials during some of the operations mentioned above.
Currently on the Load Cells and scales there is no input screen to specify product or anything..it just gives the weight only of whatever is weighed
When it comes to operations linked to a job Loadcells must be updated to allow for a Work Order number input or selection which will then link back to QuickEasy so that all Raw Material movements (Issues and receives) can be linked to a specific Work Order number
The Load Cells and scale system needs to cater for the below

Product/Raw Material Selection (this list needs to come from QuickEasy so that the MATUNIID's between QuickEasy and Loadrite match. This will allow bidirectional flow of data between the 2 systems )
