Asset Movement

Overview

Asset Movement In & Out  pertains to the moving of Assets in an out of Bumatech. An example scenario would be for a Strip and Quote where the Assets needs repairs done by a supplier onsite, strip it, and return the Asset back to Bumatech. 

Asset Movement Out

Asset Movement out can either be created from scratch or copied from a Purchase order. A category needs to be selected here to highlight if the asset is under warranty or if its a paid service. 

A document is printed from the Module and is used as proof of release from the Bumatech Premises, This document is to be signed by the user, Transporter, security and the supplier.

Asset Movement In. 

Asset Movement In transactions is copied from an Asset Movement Out,  and signifies the Asset has been returned to the supplier.
