The module is used to record all Finance Requisitions done by users which involves the Approval process from Finance managers and directors.
A Requestion can be created a new, from a Request for Purchase, or a Request for Quotation.
To access the module, navigate to Operations menu > Requisitions - Finance.
Lookup Fields for Requestor, Manager, Head , Department and Priority has been made available to assign staff involved in the purchasing process, as well as the priority level.
Manual Checklists have been added to the transactions to enable approvals for Accounts and Finance Manager. An Automatic Check has been added that check data validity, This includes the Debit account, Supplier and reference.
To request approval, Click on the drop down arrow on the Approval button and click Request Approval. An Email will be sent to users who can approve the next ready checklist item .
