Transport - GR Comparison

Overview

Shows a list of Transport Goods Received transactions and their linked Delivery Note or Goods received Raw Transaction. 

Functionality to drilldown to the GR has been added to allow for easy navigation and quick updates.

To view the Report Navigate to Reports > Custom Reports > Select the Transport - GR Comparison.

Filters

• Date Selection 

• Category = Transport 

Fields

• GR No 

• Date 

• Supplier 

• Reference

• Transport Qty 

• Raw GR No 

• Raw GR Date

• Raw GR Qty

• Var Raw GR Qty  =  Raw GR Qty - Transport Qty

• DN No 

• DN Date

• DN Qty

• VAR Raw DN  =  DN Qty - Transport Qty

• Transporter DN No. 

• Linked - Check box,  Ticked if a Raw GR or DN is linked, Unticked if not. 

Tech Note

• The DN Date and Raw GR Date was added to validate that the DN or RAW GR No is a valid transaction. 

• I.e If the DN No is set on the transaction but the DN Date is blank this indicates the DN No is not a valid Transaction and the Delivery Note does not exist in the database.
