Reporting

Overview

BOS Enterprise includes powerful built-in Reporting functionality, including the following fixed Reporting modules:

• Inventory - Summaries, Ageing, Transactions, Replenishment

• Cost of Sales

• Accounting - Age Analysis, VAT Control. Trial Balance, Profit/Loss Statement and Balance Sheet

The Custom Reporting module provides the functionality to report on any data or combinations of data that is available in the database. Drilldown functionality is provided in all the reporting modules.

Notifications

Reports can be emailed to you at periodic intervals or at fixed times daily, monthly or annually. This is very useful functionality which can be used to, for instance, remind you when Stock needs to be replenished, mistakes were made in the system or pending Quotations need to be followed up.
