The Technical Procurement Process  covers the requisitioning and purchasing  that occurs  during maintenance and breakdowns in the plant. It follows the below workflow and involves the modules as per the image.

Below are the modules users have to go through in the process

• Job Card  (details information as per the physical job card..parts required for maintenance/Breakdown)

• Goods Issued

• Request for Quote (getting quotes from multiple suppliers)..This applies to materials which don't have set prices

• Requisitions (details Approval process from management)

• Purchase Order

• Goods Received
