Item Usage Report

Overview

Require a report that is basically a combination of the Inventory and Cost of Sales

In summary Client would like to be able to look at a Raw Material item and see how much of it was used for production purposes that is which product and Work Order it was utilized for
In the same report client would like to be able to see summary of the Item Movements (Issues and Receives) and the Opening and closing balance for the selected period
Main focus for this report is to look at the Raw material Usage

Fields Required

• Item Description

• Opening Stock as at Selected Date

• Closing Stock as at Selected Date

• Total Receives - Sum of all Goods Received linked to the Item (Goods Received transtypeid = 8 and Stock Adjustment transtypeid = 89 )

• Total Issues linked to Work Order - Sum of all Goods Issued done for the Item linked to Work Order (Work Order Transtypeid = 38 and Goods Issued Transtypeid = 7)

• Work Order Number,Company,Product Description (The WO Estimate Item Description).

• Total issues Not linked - Sum of all Goods Issued done for the Item not linked to a Work order .This could be the stock adjustments done (Stock Adjustment Transtypeid = 89)

• Total Issue Costs

• Total Receive Costs
