Sales Orders Progress Report

Overview

Require a report that will give users data on the following

• Ordered Qty on Sales Order Order

• WO Qty from Work Orders linked to the Sales Order

• Produced/Manufactured Qty from Goods Received linked to the Work Order

• Del Qty (This performs the function of a Goods issued for the Finished Product ,the Del Note transaction has been set to Issue Goods)

• Qty Outstanding which is variance between Ordered qty and Delivered Qty

In Bumatech setup users after a Sales Order is created multiple Worktickets are created each time a batch has to be to be produced .Production cannot fulfill the Sales Order Qty in one go because of material constraints ,Customer requires deliveries in batches..etc so they will produce the order in batches hence the multiple Worktickets.When each Workticket is completed the Product is received into Inventory and will then be issued out when a Del Note is generated

Work Order Trans Type ID = 38

Goods Received Trans Type ID = 8

Delivery Notes Trans Type ID = 5

Fields Required

• SO No

• SO Status

• Item Description/Product description

• SO Qty (ordered Qty)

• WO Qty (sum From linked WO Qty)

• Manufactured Qty (sum From GR linked to the WO's)

• Del Qty (sum from linked Del Note)

• Outstanding Qty (SO Qty - Del Qty)

• Unit Price

• Unit Cost

• Total Cost ( Sum of all Total WO Costs linked to SO or GR Costs linked to WO)

• Total sell Price (ex VAT

• VAT

• Total Sell (Inc VAt)
