Require a report that shows if the Requisition items linked to GL accounts are within Budget of those GL accounts as setup in the Budgets module.Reason for this report is for management to be able to look at Budgets against Items/Gl accounts live instead of having to only do it when they close off their accounts the following month
Users link the Requisition items to GL accounts using the Debit column

Req Item GL account Total allocated ( this should look at Requisitions which have already been copied to PO so the ones with the Status set to Complete)
Req Item GL account Total unallocated (this should look at Requisitions in progress so all Requisitons that have the status that fall under the Active and Pending status groups)
Req Item GL Account Remaining Budget ( GL account Budget amount - GL Account Total Allocated)
