Sales Report by Value
Sales Report by Qty (Weight Sold)
The Sales reports are based on same layout and principle as Income Statement with the differences being as follows
- Sales are grouped by Customer Category
- Show Year To Date
- Show percentage changes (growth/decline) for each month
Total Sales per Year (Report to go back 5 years back)
Customer Categories Grouped
Ytd Value (Sum of all the months Totals within that Year based on Date End)
Monthly Total Sales ( Invoices less Credit Notes for that month)
Total Value (Sum of all the months)
YTD Average ( YTD Total for the selected date period divided by the number of months with Totals in that period)
Difference from YTD ave per month (%) - Monthly Sales divided by YTD Average and then multipled by 100 to get a percentage
Monthly Trailing Average ( Monthly Total Sales divided by number of months in progression)
Sales Growth per Month (%) - Current month Total Sales /dvided by Previous month Total Sales multiplied by 100 to get a percentage
Based on same principle as Sales - Summary by Value but now report is looking at the Qty in Kgs (weight) sold
Total Qty per Year (Report to go back 5 years back)

Monthly Total Qty ( Qty Sold less Qty on Credit Notes for that month)
Total Qty (Sum of all the months)

1) Take into account Customer Credit Notes passed.The Credit NOtes should be deducted from the Total sales in that period
Currently the figures on the Income Statement and on the report are not matching because of that
