Materials Procurement

The materials procurement process covers the steps of how raw materials and logistic services are obtained. The demand for materials procurement is created by the Production team when they do they do their Raw Material Planning and this is where they determine which raw materials need to be bought/replenished  in order to fulfill customer orders

Below are the modules users have to go through in the process

• Request for Purchase (details what users is requesting to be bought)

• Request for Quote (getting quotes from multiple suppliers)..This applies to materials which don't have set prices

• Requisitions (details Approval process from management)

• Purchase Order

• Goods Received
