In some cases transactions need to be queried and proofed before approval. This may be due to an amount being to excessive, The accounts being debited/credited being questionable,
In the Ledger, users can now query a transactions by opening a transaction, Navigate to Action > Create/Update Service Ticket .
This will create a Service Ticket in the Service Manager with a Category Set to Accounting Queries. with a Status of New Ticket.
From here a user add notes, Attachments and assign it to users.
The Linked Service ticket can be easily found in the transaction by clicking the Links button at the top of the transaction.
Transaction has to be in a pending or Active Status.
Transaction must not be a read only transaction.
