May 21st & 22nd

This week's theme for our Google Meet was "The Night Time Sky." We all looked at one of my favorite paintings "Starry Night" by Vincent van Gogh. We talked about all the swirls that created movement in the picture. These winds looks very fast!

In Kindergarten we used white, gray and black craypas (or crayons) to draw swirls and curved lines. We then added a yellow moon and stars. To finish we painted the entire paper with blue watercolor paint.

In First Grade we started with black craypas (or crayon) to draw a cypress tree on the left side. We then used white, gray and black craypas (or crayons) to draw swirls and curved lines. After that we added a yellow moon and stars. Lasly we painted the entire paper with blue watercolor paint.
