Amanda kidd

Introduction

Amanda Kidd was born in Winton on 14th April 1971 and would later become a strong independent woman. She was the daughter of Frank and the late Marion, mother of Mariana and Sammy sister and sister in law of Geoffery & Paula, Neville & Martina loved aunt of Raven, Anvill, Tabitha and Gideon.

Early Life

Amanda Kidd was born 1 year and 1 day after Neville. She was the youngest of her siblings. She had two brothers- Neville and Geoffrey. She attended Heden Bush Primary School and made friends with Sue, Joanne, Heather and more. She also was playing for Netball Southland Country team.

Adulthood

Amanda Kidd went to Central Southland College and then Otago University and met Asha and they became friends afterwards, she went to Bidfoods and worked there for a year. After that she got a business called Westy Bins, she was also known to be the fastest texter in our family. She could texted 10 messages a minute and I know my Uncle Neville got 15 before.

My mum Amanda Kidd died the 4 of April 2022. She had almost finished her work for the day and she just needed to put away one last bin. The bin had clay and made it unstable. it hit her on the head as she was unloading it. It was a perfectly normal day and she was doing her routine as normal except it was not perfectly normal it was the day Amanda Frances Kidd died. To be honest I don’t 100% know what happened but does anyone? All I know is this was the single hardest day of my life.
