Ibrahim Dakane Haji.
Haji Ibrahim is my great great grandfather. His life just began in the 1910s. His dad's name was Hassan. He lived in a village in Kenya called Wajir. Kenya is located in East Africa. Kenya has high poverty and a poor environment. He went to Wajir Primary and then Wajir High School.
But as for my grandfather, his life was full of joy being a farmer and having a farm part of his house. As a child, he spent most time outside on the farm hanging out with his animals. When he had spare time he would go for a walk around the farm and check on the animals. He was also a really smart boy at the age of 10. With his farm he had unlimited supply. Hassan would sell them as merchandise. He was a counsellor that solved problems between tribes, people and community. He was also a very respectable person starting from a young age.
His job was a teacher, livestock and a farmer. He loved looking after his animals like the cattles, camels and goats. He was rich because he was a livestock and a farmer. He did local wrestling and social wrestling. Wrestling is also tradition to the West Africans. The first time he travelled he went to Hajj, Saudi Aribia, which is a religious pilgrimage but, as for us flying on aeroplanes getting fancy food and chilling, but you can't because airo planeanes won't invent he ‘walked’ it took nearly 2 months. He took breaks in egypt. He speaks 2 languages Arabic and Somali. His religion was a muslim like all of his family relatives and familt.
Where he lived had a pride of lions around, and one day he fought a lion - it was attacking uncles brother. He had 27 boys and 3 girls that makes my dad have 3 aunties and 26 uncles over all he had 30 kids. (Wow That is a BIG family).
He died in his 40s he was such a loved man for his manners respectfulness and kindness his heart would fit in anyone's even though I don't know him that well I think he was a hero he also helped people by selling merchandise since he was rich. We don’t know that much neither does anyone else since it was 112 years ago though I would love to learn more about him.
