Tabernaemontana ventricosa
Tabernaemontana ventricosa
The Tabernaemontana ventricosa grows up to 15 metres and is excellent for attracting a variety of other nature, such as birds, insects, and small mammals. Although this tree, which some call the forest toad tree, grows quickly and easily, it might not survive well in areas that experience frost. Instead, it prefers shady areas in the warmth of the tropics, and is useful to indigenous populations for treating fevers, wounds, or sore eyes. Uniquely, some groups use the latex found in this tree to produce birdlime.

And God blessed Noah and his sons and said to them, “Be fruitful and multiply and fill the earth. The fear of you and the dread of you shall be upon every beast of the earth and upon every bird of the heavens, upon everything that creeps on the ground and all the fish of the sea. Into your hand they are delivered.
