Lovoa swynnertonii
Known in English as the brown mahogany and in Luganda as the nabugala, this tree can grow up to 50 metres in height. After 30 years, the Lovoa swynnertonii matures and dwells in the lowland, producing dark brownish red timbre. It thrives on banana, coffee, and cacao plantations.Â
