Medium: metal wire sculpting
Dimensions: 297mm x 420mm
Artist Statement: 50 words
We are trying to show our creativity by being able to implement roller coaster, with esplanade as our fears are fast paced motion to show that we are overcoming our fears. Our inspiration is the esplanade building as RV choir performed there. We incorporated proportion by increasing the size of the blocks at the front to represent the esplanade concert hall. We also made our design with balance such that there is stability in our work and our design is symmetrical. The spring in the middle is the emphasis/dominance/focus as it captures people's attention the most. The form of our work is three-dimensional with a circle as the base. Overall, we are very satisfied with how our artwork turned out!!
