Purpose

The purpose of Menasha High School's The Jay's News Nest is to inform and entertain readers about news in the Menasha High School community. The paper shares students' ideas and opinions.

Hi, I'm Jordan! I'm a reporter and one of the social media managers for the Jay's News Nest! I'm a junior at Menasha High School, and I enjoy reading book series' like Shatter Me and The Naturals, as well as music like the Arctic Monkeys and Noah Kahan. I also like hanging out with my guinea pig and my four dogs!

Hello! I'm Lorelai, a sophmore, and a journalist for the Jay's News Nest! I'm a huge bookworm and I enjoy art and making coffee. You can catch me downtown Menasha working at the Sweet Lair or around the school. I'm into punk music or alternative music, I often listen to Pierce The Veil or Misfits. My favorite book is Girl In Pieces by Kathleen Glasgow and my favorite game franchise is Silent Hill!

Hey everyone! I am Mrs. Zimmerman, the literacy coach at MHS. My favorite certification on my English teaching degree is journalism. I wrote for my high school and college newspapers and for a few journals. I am so excited to help bring the Jay's News Nest to life. Some of my favorites include: Reading, writing, coffee, and naps.
