Lots of deck rings. Hula hoops could work too.
Kids are kicking the rings trying to hit another child on the foot. If hit, do the exercise.
I let the kids choose what exercise they do depending on what color ring they were hit with.
I can strike an object with my foot.
I can dodge and change directions to avoid being hit.
