Just some ideas that kids can do when they come into the gym right away to get them moving that would have little equipment or directions needed! Put up on the screen and go.
Aerobic Thumb Wrestling- Partner- No equipment
Coordination Challenge- Individual- Low profile cones and tennis balls
Ghostbuster Throw- Individual or Partner- Grocery bags and beanbags
Hoop Tag- Partner- Hula Hoops
Noodle Catching & Throwing Challenges- Individual and/or Partner- 1/2 cut noodle per person
Noodle Jumping- Group of 3- Full length noodles
Paper, Rock, Scissors Pushup- Partner- No equipment
Partner Striking Activity- Partner- Football belt/jump rope, balls that will bounce
Partner Toss/Throw/Catch- Assortment of balls. 2 per pair
Pong Bounce- Small Groups- ping bong balls and low profile cones.
Three Ball Drop Challenge- Partner- racquet balls or other small balls that bounce well.
Scarf Only Activities
Has single scarf challenges and later on has two scarf challenges. I'll have the little kids do the single scarf challenges and the bigs will do the 2 scarf challenges.
This video has an easier one scarf challenge on the left and a harder two scarf challenge on the right.
Two scarf activity, no choice given on what skill to do.
Can be done with a single scarf!
