A.P. Avenue with Mrs. merry

We had such a wonderful week celebrating our teachers and staff! Thank you to all our students and parents who sent items in for teachers and who wrote notes of appreciation. We are blessed by the staff we have and also by each of you. We also had an AMAZING turn out for Career, College, & Military Readiness Day - thank you to those parents who came on campus to speak to our students!

This week, we also celebrated Nurse Brown on Wednesday for National Nurses Day; it has been a week of celebrations. Next week, is our last full week on campus, and a busy week it will be! We have 1st & 4th grade taking field trips (13th & 14th), our 'Donuts with Dudes' (13th) & 'Muffins with Misses' (14th), our last Partners for Life Meeting (planning 2024-2025 events), our yearbook being distributed (16th), our Talent Show (16th), and then our Family Dance (16th). WOW - so many fun activities.

As we finish up the 2023-2024 school year, we have one big event that we really need parent volunteers for that that is our Field Day! If you can possibly assist Coach Nguyen that day, to make it extra special, please CLICK HERE to sign up. Alos, if you are going to be at our classroom parties on the last day of school, please reach out to your child's room parents/guardian to see how you can assist. We are asking that all parents on campus that day, help in assisting the room parent/guardian with the class event (set up, serving, running a game, clean up, etc.).

As mentioned above, our yearbooks will be distributed on May 16th to students. We have 15 yearbooks left and will be available to purchase on May 16th (only) for $25 cash.
