I'm so excited to be back at LSC for the upcoming, amazing 2023-2024 school year! This year we really want to grow our Partner for Life Program. This program has many different factors to help parents, guardians, family members, and community members to be involved on our campus. It can range from volunteering in a students classroom, helping teachers with clerical tasks, volunteering for an school event, sending in much needed supplies, being a room parent/guardian, to serving on our Partners for Life Committee. There are so many ways to get involved here at LSC! First, please join our Galaxy Digital site and sign up to become a Fan @ LSC. This will allow you to be informed of specific needs at Life School Carrollton. Our Partners for Life meetings this year are scheduled for 8/16, 9/14, 10/18, 11/30, 1/11/24, 2/15, 3/21, 4/17, and 5/1 from 4:15-5:00 PM. Mark your calendars now! Lastly, we are asking ALL Life School Carrollton parents/guardians to complete the Volunteer Survey Looking forward to an amazing 2023-2024 school year!

My name is Bethany Charpentier. I have always had a passion for student learning and education as a whole. My mom had a home daycare for teachers, so my childhood was filled with babysitting and helping those teachers set up their classrooms. After graduating high school I attended McNeese State University in Louisiana where I earned a bachelor degree in Elementary Education. I moved to Texas in 2018 and began working on my Texas certification while substituting. Since then I have taught for 4 years. I taught for two years in both 1st and 3rd grade. In the midst of covid and virtual teaching I decided to go back to school. I graduated with a masters degree in Educational Leadership with a principal certification from Sam Houston in 2021. Over the summer I (and my sweetest pup) moved to Flower Mound from the Houston area. In my free time I read, travel, and spend time with my family back home in Louisiana. I am thrilled to join the 3rd grade team and meet all of you!
Ms. Wilson went to A&M Commerce and received a BS in Interdisciplinary Studies. This will be her first-year teaching. Whenever she is not teaching, she loves to travel, read, and spend time with my family. She is so excited for this school year, and looks forward to meeting all of you.
A few of Ms. Wilson's favorite things:
Favorite Color: Pink
Favorite Season: winter
Favorite fruit: Strawberry
Favorite Fast-Food Restaurant: Whataburger
Favorite Drink: Dr. Pepper
Favorite Hobbies: Playing piano, hiking, and reading.
Favorite Vacation: Istanbul, Turkey
Ms. Cotton graduated with her Bachelors of Elementary Education from WGU. She is currently pursuing her MBA. Outside of school, Ms. Cotton likes to play Overwatch on the Xbox and hang out with my big family including my significant other, 3 kids, 3 birds and my dog! Her passion is teaching and helping others succeed.
