Welcome back, everyone, to a new academic year! We hope you all had a fantastic summer and are ready to dive into the exciting journey ahead. Whether you're returning or joining us for the first time, we are thrilled to have you in Tiger Class. Let's fill this year with curiosity, growth, and fun.

Module 6
Welcome to Module 6. We hope you enjoyed the May break and we are excited to begin the summer term with the children.
We shall complete our third term with the IB Transdisciplinary theme 'Where We Are in Place and Time.' The Central Idea for the children's learning continues as 'People around the world have different experiences' and the lines of Inquiry for this module are :
Journeys give us unique experiences.
Physical features in the world provide habitats and intrigue.
Where we live and where we come from can influence our way of life.
Module 5

Module 4
Welcome back to Module 4, this term our trandisciplinary theme is changing to, ' Where we are in Place and Time'. This term our exploratory learning will be based around Lowry, food for journeys, oceans, Christianity and Judaism as well as healthy living- food, drink and exercise.
Module 3
Module 3 has been a busy one with lots of exploratory learning and experiences. This term we have been exploring habitats, Cass Holmes, root vegetables, the weather, comparing synagogues and churches. We have continued to work on our self help and independence skills as well as building relationships and regulating our emotions and behaviour.
Module 2
Welcome back to Module 2, the time of year to celebrate the festivals of light and the lead up to Christmas. This module Tiger Class have been attending weekly swimming lessons at Fairfield Leisure Centre, learning how to safely enter and exit the pool and putting their faces into the water to practice blowing bubbles. We have also celebrated 'Bonfire night' and 'Diwali' working on using our fingers to paint and make marks that look like fireworks. During this module, we will be performing our Nativity and have been practicing our songs and making our props and costumes in class. Tiger class can't wait to be stars! Our Attention Autism sessions have also been themed around the festivals of light, with engaging activities such as cotton wool splat, powder paint fireworks and exploding volcanoes using bicarbinate of soda, food colouring and vinegar.

Write Dance Rationale
Our Write and Dance sessions are a kinaesthetic approach to stimulate early mark making and writing. The dance part encourages children to use and develop the gross motor muscles that are required for increased control over mark making tools.
