When you click Start Supply, the system will check whether the product settings comply with the channel regulations. If there are any errors that do not meet the regulations, please adjust the product settings according to the instructions and recheck the compliance.
Below are common reasons for supply failure and troubleshooting steps:
The same package cannot mix Whole-Day and Time-Period sessions. When this error occurs, please confirm the session type you wish to keep and remove the incorrect session.
Whole-Day Session: There is only one session per day, and travelers do not need to select a time slot when purchasing.
Time-Period Session: There are multiple sessions within a day, and travelers must choose a specific time slot when purchasing.
Step 1: Go to Add Session > Calendar Settings History to check the overlapping calendar periods.
[Example] Sales Period 2024-08-18 has overlapping Whole-Day and Time-Period sessions.
Step 2: Go to the Sales Calendar, find the product and session, and click on the date with overlapping sessions.
[Example] Sales Period 2024-08-18 has overlapping Whole-Day and Time-Period sessions.
Step 3: Click on the session you want to delete.
[Example] To delete the "Yehliu, Jiufen & Pingxi Day Tour | 5+ pax" time slot session from 09:00-12:00.
Step 4: After clicking to delete the session, you can return to the Edit Product > Overview to recheck the result.
⚠️ Note: If multiple date sessions overlap, you can shorten the incorrect sessions to just one day through changing Sales Calendar and then proceed with deleting the sessions.
This error indicates that there is an issue with the Recurring Dates and Sessions in your sales calendar. Please follow the steps below to correct it and maintain the default time range of 00:00 to 23:59:
Step 1: Go to Publish > Sales Calendar > Find the product and session > Click on the date of the following day.
⚠️ Note: Today's calendar settings cannot be changed because it already happened. The earliest date you can edit is tomorrow.
(Example: Today is 8/19, the calendar can be batch modified starting from 8/20).
Step 2: Enter the single-day sales calendar page and click on the earliest session for that day.
Step 3: Click "Edit Session Settings" to update the calendar.
⚠️ Note: If there's no "Edit Session Settings" button in your pop-up window, it means that the date you selected is not a future date. Please select a date after tomorrow to edit.
Step 4: Scroll down to the Recurring Dates and Sessions, keep the session time to 00:00 ~ 23:59, and click Save.

This error indicates that your location settings have NOT select Use Google Maps and have NOT generated latitude and longitude data.
Please go to Location > Destination / Meeting Point / Redemption Point > Use Google Map, ensure it is selected, and then click Save.

If you need to link multiple pricing rules to the same sales option, all type must be of the By Person, and the identities included in the pricing policies must be consistent.
Please go to Add Pricing > Linked Pricing Policies to remove the incorrect pricing policies. After binding the correct pricing policies, update the sales calendar to complete the pricing update process.

This issue indicates that your product does not have a primary location/landmark set. To ensure that travelers can clearly understand the product location and that your product is correctly displayed on the sales theme page, please follow these steps:
Step1: Go to Basic Info > Location > Main Location / Landmark
Step2: Choose a "City/County" level location according to your itinerary's location. If there are multiple locations, you can add them under More Locations / Landmarks.
