How to make changes to my product?
If you want to update or optimize your product content, please go to Menu > Product List > Product Edit Page to make changes first. After editing is completed, please go to Channel Manager to renew your product data to KKday Marketplace Channel.
Steps to renew your product data to the channel
1. Channel > KKday Marketplace - Product Info
2. Click Settings (right side)
3. Click Edit (bottom right) > Confirm
4. Click Save
*If you've edited your product price, please tick All Same as Price to apply to all of your sales options first, and then click Save.
5. Click Sync Product Info to Channel
Once your product's Connection Status turns to Awaiting Publish, the product data will be reviewed by Product Review Team. Please anticipate 1~3 working days to get the product page refreshed.
