For all KKday Marketplace merchants, the backend is rezio, an online booking system for tours and activities owned by KKday.

In rezio Admin, Marketplace merchants can overview your upcoming bookings and current performance on Dashboard, allowing you to add products, and manage your orders & online chat messages effectively. 

There are 5 sections in Admin Dashboard:

• It displays your store performance over the last 7 days, number of orders, value of orders, and total amount paid.

• A comparison shows rises and declines of orders and amount totals over the last 7 days.

Click on the order type you want to view, then you will enter Order List page with filtered orders.

It can be expanded to see the detailed function list, including the Dashboard, Product, Tickets, Publish, Orders, Redemption, Report, Sell Online, Devices, Distribution, Channel Manager, and Settings.

Click the bell icon to check system notifications and KKday updates, etc.

Click your account name in the upper right corner.
