If you have completed your new products, don't forget to go to Channel Manager to sync your product data to the channel and make sure your product's Connection Status turns to Awaiting Publish.
Then, your product data will be reviewed by Product Quality Review Team. Please anticipate 1~3 working days to get the product publish result.
Edit Existing Products
Edit Existing Products
While you have done the editing, don't forget to go to Channel Manager to renew your product data to KKday Marketplace Channel.
Once your product's Connection Status turns to Awaiting Publish, the product data will still be reviewed by Product Quality Review Team. Please anticipate 1~3 working days to get the product page refreshed.
Steps to renew your product data after editing
Channel Manager > Channel > Product Info > Click Settings (right side)
Edit (bottom left) > Save > Sync Product info to Channel
*If you've edited your product price, please tick All Same as Price to apply to all of your sales options first, and then click Save.Product Status will change to Awaiting Publish
