To simplify the payment process, for orders received since 22-Feb-2024, merchants no longer need to provide invoices when requesting payment. Merchants only need to confirm the payment amount within three days.
* Note: Please use computer web version to review your payment report, rezio App doesn't support this function.
For all KKday Marketplace merchants, the payment cycle is monthly basis and according to your Order Departure Date.
If your order is completed, please read the following instructions to request your payment. The payment is scheduled to be released on the 1st of the next month. (If it is a holiday, it will be postponed to the next business day.)
Note: Our standard payment schedules are based on the traveler's departure date to ensure the accuracy of payment in the event of cancellations, amendments, or refunds.
[Example] If you receive an order on Feb-25-2024 and the Departure Date is Mar-24-2024, then:
You'll receive an email notification for the monthly payment report (Mar 1 ~ Mar 31) on Apr 2.
You'll need to check and confirm the payment report in rezio system, or your payment report will be auto-confirmed on Apr 5 (within 3 days).
Payment will be transferred to your bank account on May 1.
Confirm Payment Report
Every 2nd of the month, you will receive an email notification for the monthly (last month's) payment report. Please click on the link in the email, and then confirm that your payment amount is correct. Otherwise, your payment report will be auto-confirmed within 3 days.
Note: If there's any doubt about the amount, please contact your business manager.
Step 1: Check your inbox and there is an email titled KKday Billing Notice - XXX. Please click on the link.
Step 2: Go to your Payment Report in rezio
> Check your payment receiving information
> Scroll down and click Next Step
> Click "No, proceed to send" to confirm if the report is all good
Done: Account Status turns to Payment In Process
The payment will transfer to your bank account on next 1st, and Account Status will turn to Completed
If the link in your payment notification doesn't work, you can still login your rezio account to access your report.

Menu > KKday Marketplace > (New) Payment Report
Step 1: Select the settlement period you want to query (orders within 3 months can be queried at most)
Step 2: View and check your payment report
