(New) How and when do I get paid? 

To simplify the payment process, for orders received since 22-Feb-2024, merchants no longer need to provide invoices when requesting payment. Merchants only need to confirm the payment amount within three days.

* Note: Please use computer web version to review your payment report, rezio App doesn't support this function.

For all KKday Marketplace merchants, the payment cycle is monthly basis and according to your Order Departure Date.

If your order is completed, please read the following instructions to request your payment. The payment is scheduled to be released on the 1st of the next month.

• Note: Our standard payment schedules are based on the traveler's departure date to ensure the accuracy of payment in the event of cancellations, amendments, or refunds.

Confirm Payment Report

Every 2nd of the month, you will receive an email notification for the monthly (last month's) payment report. Please click on the link in the email, and then confirm that your payment amount is correct. Otherwise, your payment report will be auto-confirmed within 3 days.

Done: Account Status turns to Payment In Process

The payment will transfer to your bank account on next 1st, and Account Status will turn to Completed
