Publish Settings

Publish Settings is where you can set booking confirmation method, booking cut-off time, and voucher details.

Step 1: Select your Confirm Bookings method

It's your booking confirmation method.

1. Instantly: It means you can accept the booking right away. The order confirmation email will automatically send to the buyer within 1 minute when a traveler place an order.

2. Manually: It means all orders needed to be manually confirmed by you. If you select this option, please fill in the number of days you can confirm the order. The order confirmation email will send to the buyer after you confirm the order.

⚠️ Note: Automatically is unavailable in KKday Marketplace Channel, please skip this option.

Step 2: Set your Booking Cut-Off Time

It’s the purchase deadline of ordering your product. Please only select By session start time - Specified and input cut-off day(s).

[Example] Today is Apr-1-2024

1. • 1 day cut-off (Apr-2 is off): Travelers can book from Apr-3-2024

   • 2 day cut-off (Apr-2 to Apr-3 are off): Travelers can book from Apr-4-2024

Step 3: Set your Furthest Available Booking Time as Unlimited

KKday Marketplace Channel can only supports Unlimited, please select this option.

Step 1: Select "Rezio Voucher" as your Voucher Type

KKday Marketplace Channel only supports Rezio Voucher. 

Step 2: Set your Voucher Language

Traveler will receive a check-in voucher attached to the confirmation email once the booking confirmed. The settings here will affect the language displayed on the voucher. You can set custom or according to customers' order language.

Step 3: Leave other fields as default, then click Next

If your Confirm Bookings is Instantly, your product page will show Instant Confirmation Icon.
