Add Product & Setup Basic Info

This article aims to give you a clear idea of how to get started adding new products. Please follow the step by step guide below to complete your setup. 

* Note: Please use computer web version to add a new product, rezio App doesn't support this function.

For all KKday Marketplace merchants, the backend is rezio, an online booking system for tours and activities owned by KKday. Please log in to your rezio Admin to get started.

Click Add Product under the Menu, or click +Add in the Product List

Step 1: Select your product main category, which will affect the default fields set later. 

• Day tour

• Multi-day tour

• Private tour: including private transportation, such as car charter and airport transfer

• Activity: including outdoor & water activities, workshops, culture experiences, health & relaxation (such as spa & massage), and travel services.

• Ticket

*Note: Product subcategories will be set in Channel Manager when you supply products to KKday Marketplace channel.

Step 2: Select your product language

• KKday system will translate your product content to multiple languages according to the language you choose. Please make sure your product is written in the same language, otherwise it will cause translation error.

• Strongly suggest to choose English to have a better translation quality if you can write in English.

Step 3: Enter your product name

• Format: Spot or Experience + Type + Location

• Please follow Product Name Rules to enter your product name.

*Note: You can input your preferred product code or system will generate automatically.

Step 4: Select your product's location info (Timezone & Region)

• Main Location: Please select the city level location where your product is located.

• More Locations: You can select more locations if your product covers more than one place. 

Step 5: Select your product's selling currency

• Please note that the currency you select should be the same as your Channel Currency, otherwise you'll unable to supply to KKday Marketplace Channel and need to create a new product again.

Step 6: Select your order notification option and then click Create

• We strongly suggest you to select Store Administrator and Users or Custom emails, so you'll receive order notification email while getting an order.

• Once the product is created, you WON'T be able to change the settings of Category, Language, Location and Currency anymore. Please make sure your product settings are correct before continuing.
