Sales Options Settings

Sales Options is where you can set package options under the same product. Please create at least 1 option to link with your pricing policy and sales calendar settings. 

It can be set according to different routes, high/low seasons, car models with different seats, group prices with minimum numbers, etc. Under different package options, you can individually set up available quantity for inventory management.

Step 1: Enter a Sales Option Name 

•  If you just have 1 option, then your option name can be the same as your product name.

Step 2: Enter a Description (optional) 

• If you have 2 more options, it's recommend to write down the differences between/among options.

Step 3: Select Availability Type

• It's recommend to keep default, so you can control the inventory amount of each session.

• Skip Sales Option Image because it's only for MySite Channel. About adding product images, you will setup in Image/Video Settings.

Step 4: Click Add and then Save & Next

• After you click Add, the sales option will be displayed below. 

• When you have finished adding, please click Save & Next.

Unlimited

• It means that you do not have a limited inventory and all the sessions and options of your product can be purchased unlimitedly, no inventory control is needed. This setting is usually used for events that do not limit the number of participants, or products with flexible admission time.

Set availability by session (most commonly used)

• It means that you need to control the inventory amount of each session in a product, but no need to control the inventory for each identity/item. 

• Example: If you're a tour operator, and your tour can accommodate up to 10 people for each group. Then you should select this type, and setup availability (available quantity) in Add Session Settings.
