1. Product Management

Does KKday charge listing fees or account fees?

There is no listing fees or account fees, we only charge commission fees on each order transaction.

I have completed my product but why I can't find it on KKday platform? 

After completing a new product, the last step is to supply product to the Channel. If you miss this step, please refer to this article and turn your product Connection Status to Awaiting Publish

Why I can't add my product to KKday Marketplace Channel?

KKday Marketplace only accepts product currency in SGD and Rezio Voucher. 

Please refer to the below path to see if your product settings are incorrect.
Basic Info Tab > Currency: If your product currency is not SGD, please create a new product as currency setting cannot be changed.
Publish Settings Tab > Voucher Settings > Voucher Type: Please choose Rezio Voucher.

If you fall into one of the two situations, please make changes and try it again.

What is Sales Option? Is this for another product listing?

Sales Option is like the packages of your product and it allows you to set different prices for different packages. 

[For example]
Option 1: Tour with pickup service
Option 2: Tour without pickup service

Why is my product layout on the front-end page different from what I saw in rezio system?

Marketplace Channel DOES NOT support Content Editor in the Introduction Tab setting as this function is only for rezio MySite. Here's some tips for you to optimize your product payout.

Highlight: please use "- " to generate a bullet point symbol

Description / Purchase Notice

Special Terms and Conditions - no need to put any bullet point symbol because the system will generate it automatically.

2. Order Management

Will I receive an email notification if someone chats with me? 

No, the email notification is only for order management. If you want to receive message reminders, please download rezio App and turn on the push notification. 

Note: In rezio App, you will receive more comprehensive notifications about orders, messages, and product listings.

The voucher has been issued, but the guest canceled it for some unknown reason, can I reject the cancellation?

Please follow the "cancellation policy" set during listing and communicate with customers before cancelling their orders. If the cancellation period has ended, kindly explain the reason to customers to prevent unnecessary complaints.

What is Check-in Voucher for?

The voucher is an electronic contactless check-in receipt that certifies purchase and records product and customer’s booking details.

What is Check-in & Redeem?

Check-in & Redeem is the button to complete the order, If the tour ended successfully, please click this button and the order status will change to Completed in Channel which means order completed.  

In this status, the order cannot be canceled or refunded anymore. The customer will earn KKday points and have access to comment and rate your product.

Do I need to redeem the voucher for every order?

Please redeem travelers’ check-in vouchers only when they show up. This can help you to understand the absences of travelers.

Can I redeem the voucher (Check-in & Redeem Orders) in advance?

We strongly suggest you DO NOT redeem the voucher in advance. Once you redeem the voucher, it cannot be returned and both you and your customers cannot cancel the order anymore.

What should I do if some travelers are absent? Can the rate the experience?

If a traveler cancelled the booking, what happens to the voucher issued to the traveler?

What happen if travelers’ vouchers are not redeemed?

Why can't my customer leave reviews and give me a rating?

Travelers will be able to leave reviews and rate your products after you complete the order by pressing Check-in & Redeem.

3. Payment

May I Skip settlement this month? Because the amount is too small, I want to accumulate more

Generally, payment is expected to be made on time every month. If you have special reasons and need to temporarily suspend payment once, please note that for the next payment, you will be required to issue an invoice on a monthly basis. We will consolidate the payment.

4. Platform Rules

Can I put my Instagram or other social media links on my product photos?

Marketplace strictly prohibits merchants from placing their own links/Tel/Instagram/Facebook in photos, please read the image management regulations for more details.
