After completing a new product, the last step is to supply product to the Channel. If you miss this step, please refer to this article and turn your product Connection Status to Awaiting Publish.
KKday Marketplace only accepts product currency in SGD and Rezio Voucher.

.Basic Info Tab > Currency: If your product currency is not SGD, please create a new product as currency setting cannot be changed.
.Publish Settings Tab > Voucher Settings > Voucher Type: Please choose Rezio Voucher.

No, the email notification is only for order management. If you want to receive message reminders, please download rezio App and turn on the push notification.

Please follow the "cancellation policy" set during listing and communicate with customers before cancelling their orders. If the cancellation period has ended, kindly explain the reason to customers to prevent unnecessary complaints.
The voucher is an electronic contactless check-in receipt that certifies purchase and records product and customer’s booking details.
Check-in & Redeem is the button to complete the order, If the tour ended successfully, please click this button and the order status will change to Completed in Channel which means order completed.
In this status, the order cannot be canceled or refunded anymore. The customer will earn KKday points and have access to comment and rate your product.
Please redeem travelers’ check-in vouchers only when they show up. This can help you to understand the absences of travelers.
We strongly suggest you DO NOT redeem the voucher in advance. Once you redeem the voucher, it cannot be returned and both you and your customers cannot cancel the order anymore.
You may remind your customers via chat 1 day before the departure date (the system will send a reminder letter 2 days before automatically).
If some travelers are still absent, keep their voucher status as unredeemed and they won’t receive a comment letter to rate the experience. In addition, travelers need to follow the cancellation policy you set for the product.
If the booking is canceled, the check-in voucher attached to the confirmation letter received by the traveler will become invalid immediately. Meanwhile, the traveler will receive the cancellation letter as well.
If some travelers don’t redeem their vouchers, they will not be able to earn rewards (KKday Points), earn credit card rewards (if any), receive comment letters, and leave reviews for the trips.
Travelers will be able to leave reviews and rate your products after you complete the order by pressing Check-in & Redeem.
Generally, payment is expected to be made on time every month. If you have special reasons and need to temporarily suspend payment once, please note that for the next payment, you will be required to issue an invoice on a monthly basis. We will consolidate the payment.
