Please be assured your Notification Email Settings are turn on, so you can receive booking notifications when travelers book your tours or experiences through KKday.

How to check my Notification Email Settings?
You can setup Notification Email Settings for each product. Please go to the path below to check your settings.
Path: Menu > Product > Product List > Edit Product Page > Basic Info
Scroll down the page to Your Notification Email Settings and select the first or second options.
Store Administrators and Users: the system will send notification emails to your register email (your rezio login email) and all the Store Administrators you have added in your rezio account.
Custom emails: you can make your own custom emails to receive system notification emails.
