Booking Info Settings
Booking Info is traveler's booking information. You can set up the fields for your customer to enter necessary traveler information. Please pay attention that the less information travelers need to fill out, the more likely you are to increase your their willingness to place an order.
*Note: KKday Marketplace Channel doesn't support custom options, please select the system options as your request field.
Add a booking info label
Step 1: Click +Add to create a booking info label, and then set the required info fields you want customers to enter when booking.
When you see label type settings in rezio system, it means that the settings can be shared with other products.
If you have products with the same request info fields, you can select the same label to apply and without creating duplicate labels.
Step 2: Enter a label name, and then click +Add or X (remove) info fields.
Order Contact: The person who book your product but may differ from actual travelers. You don't need to request detailed info field here.
Traveler Representative (Main Contact): Actual traveler. If you only need 1 person as representative to fill out request info, please add here.
Participants: Actual travelers. If you need everyone to fill out request info, please add here.
[Example] I want everyone to provide their names, and only need 1 person to provide contact info including mobile number, email, and social media contact (Line/WhatsApp/Kakao)
Traveler Representative = 1 person as representative
Participants = everyone
Step 3: Click Create when you’re done adding all the fields
⚠️ Reminder: Please add only the options you need. The more unnecessary info your customers need to provide, the less desire they want to buy.
Select the booking info label you want to apply
You can select the booking info label you just set, then click Save & Next
