About Market Restrictions

Market Restrictions is a setting that restricts the release of your products to specific markets. If you are unable to serve certain language markets, please set Market Restrictions in Channel Manager. 

Once you restrict certain countries/areas, your products won’t be translated into the language you select and won’t be published to the corresponding KKday Site. 

*Note: To comply with Taiwanese government travel regulations, if your cancellation policy is non-refundable, please set TW Taiwan as a restricted area.

Market Restrictons Settings

Step 1: Channel Manager > Channel > Marketplace - Product Info 


Step 2: Choose your product and click Settings on the right side


Step 3: Click Edit on the left bottom first, and then select Yes of Restriction Markets


Step 4: Select the language market(s) you don’t serve


Step 5: Click Save > Start Supplying


Once your product's Connection Status turns to Awaiting Publish, the product data will be reviewed by Product Quality Review Team. Please anticipate 1~3 working days to get the publish result.
