Cancellation Policy Settings
This article is intended to help you walk through the essential settings for cancellation policies.
*Note: To comply with Taiwanese government travel regulations, if your cancellation policy is non-refundable, please set TW Taiwan as a restricted area while doing the Market Restrictions settings in Channel Manager.
About cancellation policy label
The system default labels are Non-refundable and Full refund. It's recommended to add a flexible cancellation policy to increase the chances of travelers placing orders.
You can click +Add to custom your own cancellation policy.
When you see label type settings in rezio system, it means that the settings can be shared with other products.
If you have products with the same cancellation policy, you can select the same label to apply and without creating duplicate labels.
Add a custom cancellation policy label
After click +Add as the above mentioned, you can start to create your own cancellation policy.
Label: Input your label name
Rule Type: KKday Marketplace channel only supports "Set cancellation rule by time", so the system can calculate refund % if travelers cancel bookings before departure date.
Time Type: KKday Marketplace channel only supports "Day(s)"
Rule: Input days from near to far, then charge %
Add: After you input the value of rule, please click Add below
[Example] 3 days full refund
0-1 day before departure date, non-refundable
2 days before departure date, charge 50%
3 days before departure date, full refund
The settings will turn grey once all set up, then click Create.
*Note: If you want to modify the cancellation rule, you can click the trash bin icon to go to the previous step.
Select the cancellation policy label you want to apply
You can select the cancellation policy label you just set, then click Save & Next
