How to change Sales Calendar (Session Settings)?
If you want to edit the product's Sales Calendar (Session Settings) including Availability, Selling Date Range, Time Slot, and Recurring Dates (Monday to Sunday), please follow the below steps to set up.
After editing, please go to Channel Manager to sync your product info to KKday Marketplace Channel.
Edit Sales Calendar (Session Settings)
Step 1: Menu > Sales Calendar > Click the Date you want to edit
Example: If today is May 8th, you can batch edit the Sales Calendar starting on May 9th.
⚠️ Note: Today's calendar settings cannot be changed because it already happened. The earliest date you can edit is tomorrow.
Step 2: After enter the Sales Calendar single-day page, please click on the earliest session on that day.
⚠️ Note: If your session time slot is All Day Type, then the session will display at the top; if it's Time Slot Type, then the sessions will display on the corresponding time slots, such as 14:00-15:00, 17:00-18:00.
Step 3: Click "Edit Session Settings" to batch edit Sales Calendar
⚠️ Note: If there's no "Edit Session Settings" button in your pop-up window, it means that the date you selected is not a future date. Please select a date after tomorrow to edit.
Step 4: Edit the fields you want to modify, such as Session Availability (inventory), Session Date Range, Session Time Slot, and Recurring Dates (Mon to Fri), and then click Save.
Example: Availability changes from 20 to 10

Step 5: Click "All Sessions from YYYY-MM-DD" to batch edit all Sales Calendar fields starting tomorrow.
Step 6: The system will pop up the Preview of Session Settings. Please click Save after confirming that there is no problem.
*If you turn off specific Recurring Date (E.g. no selling on Mondays), the preview will be displayed in light orange color.
Done. You can see that the Sales Calendar after tomorrow (May 9th) has been updated with availability from 20 to 10.
Sync Product Info to KKday Marketplace Channel
After completing the above settings, please go to "Channel" to sync your product info to KKday Marketplace channel.
